Covered Issues

Eligible warranty claims generally relate to verified functional defects under normal operation within the stated electrical, temperature, humidity, ventilation, firmware, and installation requirements.

Common Exclusions

  • Overclocking, unsupported firmware, modified frequency or voltage settings.
  • Improper voltage, unstable power, surge damage, incorrect wiring, or inadequate grounding.
  • Excessive heat, dust, moisture, corrosion, liquid exposure, immersion use not approved for the product, or blocked airflow.
  • Physical damage, unauthorized disassembly, repair, parts replacement, or removed serial/warranty labels.
  • Normal fan wear, cosmetic condition, network difficulty, profitability, pool performance, or cryptocurrency price changes.

Claim Process

  1. Email support@asicmarketplace.com with the order number, serial number, model, issue description, operating environment, firmware version, and clear photos or video.
  2. Follow requested troubleshooting steps and provide logs where available.
  3. If approved, support will provide repair, return, replacement, credit, or manufacturer-service instructions according to the applicable warranty.

Manufacturer Warranty
