Shipping Policy

Shipping availability, cost, insurance, handling time, and delivery estimates depend on the product, stock location, destination, weight, value, and carrier.

Processing and Verification

Orders may require payment approval, inventory confirmation, serial-number recording, export review, fraud screening, testing, and protective packaging before dispatch. Any available estimate is shown on the product page, quotation, checkout, or order confirmation.

Domestic and International Shipping

Eligible destinations and carrier options are presented before payment or confirmed in a written quotation. International customers are responsible for checking import rules, customs duties, taxes, brokerage, permits, voltage, plug type, and local compliance unless the quotation states otherwise.

Heavy and High-Value Equipment

Bulk shipments, pallets, cooling systems, and high-value miners may require freight delivery, signature confirmation, insurance, lift-gate service, commercial receiving details, or additional identity verification.

Tracking and Delivery

Tracking is provided when available. Customers must supply a complete deliverable address and inspect the shipment promptly. Contact support@asicmarketplace.com if tracking stops updating, the package is damaged, or the delivery does not match the order.

Delays

Carrier, customs, weather, security review, manufacturer, inventory, and regional disruptions can affect delivery. Estimates are not guarantees unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
