Return & Refund Policy

Return eligibility depends on the product condition, listing terms, delivery status, installation state, and reason for return. Always request authorization before shipping equipment back.

Return Requests

Contact support@asicmarketplace.com within the return period shown on the product page or order confirmation. Include your order number, item name, serial number, reason for return, and clear photos or video where relevant.

Condition Requirements

Approved returns must be securely packed and include the original miner, power supply or accessories supplied with the order, cables, packaging, labels, and documentation. Equipment that has been modified, overclocked, disassembled, liquid-cooled, immersed, physically damaged, or operated outside stated requirements may not qualify.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Report visible shipping damage or an incorrect item promptly after delivery. Keep the packaging and provide photos of the carton, labels, serial numbers, and equipment so the claim can be reviewed with the carrier.

Refunds and Restocking

Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping, import charges, payment-processing costs, or a restocking deduction may apply when disclosed by the product or quotation terms and allowed by law.

Special Orders and Services

Custom sourcing, bulk orders, installed cooling systems, used parts, completed repairs, hosting fees, deposits, and special-order products may have limited or no return eligibility where clearly stated before payment.
